i had some free time this week so i decided to add some hood vents to the 79 hood. the hood as you see is 73 stingerette purple so the first thing i did was paint the vents to match the hood.(putting black vents on just didn't look right). i was worried about matching the flake but they turned out great.
next came the hood, measure and tape to cut the holes.
now to add the vents, i used flat head screws instead of rivots so i didn't crack the plastic vents.
and the last thing was to flake the flat head screws to match the hood and vents.
