Hello everyone! Just bought my first Scorpion, but that's about all I know. I say that, because I am hoping someone can shed some light on what I just picked up. It was a good deal, so I didn't hesitate. Serial number is 2-10762 build date 5-72, it has a 440 Sachs and is a widetrack. I'm going to try to post some pictures of this thing. I have searched and searched, but I can't find anything like it. If anyone has any information, I would greatly appreciate to learn. Thanks in advance!

So I just picked up the sled tonight. Upon closer inspection, it looks like it was modded after the fact. I don't know. Very clean sled, but you can see were the was some light rust and small pits under the paint near the seat.
That being said, anyone have any idea what something like this would be worth? Because I don't have a clue. Lol.

That is one of the most modified Scorpions I've seen. I love the 440 Sachs! They were fast when turning a 15 inch track. I wonder why it was put on a wide track? Enjoy it!

I've read alot on how unstable the 15" sleds were, and I have one. That kinda solves the wide track bit, as for the worth, a person who knows what it is, will pay good money.
