We put this together for the Scorpion Make A Wish Sled that will be auctioned off at Waconia Saturday. Nothing too elaborate, but it summarizes what was done to this sled as well as a few pics. Also has the official specs Scorpion published on the sled back in the day !! There will be some copies for people to read at the auction as well. Look forward to seeing everyone there. If we haven't met, please introduce yourself !!

Thanks !!. See, you give me an good idea and I make it happen.
Now. . . I have an idea for you so you can return the favor. Before obj1 takes a ride on your Stinger, install a catapult under the seat that is operated via remote control.
We'll see if we can get him back from the center of the lake for the BBQ a little faster . . . . ;D

Thanks for thinking of all of us and for taking the time to give us an update scorp11! That sled is worth every penny of that and it's a substantial amount raised for the cause. Looking forward to future updates and photos of Waconia.

Now that everything is done, I want to take the time to thank Tom Peterson (obj1) for the terrific job he did introducing and talking about the stinger build. I think he might have been the best speaker in the place !!
Thank you Tom for not only taking care of it, but also doing an outstanding job with it !!

scorp11, what was it like at certified parts? Did you get to look around. I ordered some shocks from there once. Dont hear about them much, I wish they had a website or something to make it easier for us guys to get parts from them. For those who dont know, certified parts is the place that got all the parts after arctic cat went out of business. They have alot of scorpion parts hidden away there in wisconsin.
I just hope somebody down there has some fun with that Stinger. Hope they go out a run that thing.

Also found out a little secret. The owner of Certified, who won the bid for $5700.00 was gracious enough to send Make-A-Wish "a little extra". I think we beat the Brut money wise but it will remain unofficial. Certified Parts Corp in Janesville wi is a company who has bought out the assets of many companys over the years. Indian, Rupp, Cat, Scorpion,Wet jet, Comet, Tecumseh, chriscraft and others i cant remember. Great people great company.
