Most of you will think I'm nuts...but here goes! I bought a complete, but rough 67 Sears, by trail-a-sled. I also have a pretty good 71 Stinger. I decided to put the two together this week. Guess what happened overnight! Yep... a rat sled was born. I extended the tunnel 5 inches to accept the new track and suspension. Welded the steering system on. Replaced the old steel chain case and put on the aluminum one. It's amazing how well things fit doing this! It's about time to paint it and put the track in. I do intend to bring it to next winters Scorpion home coming. Attachments:

I forgot to mention that I have the front bumper, rear hand grips, and the rear storage box for the 1971 Stinger. I also have the clutches, engine, and drive train for the 1967. They are free to anyone who wants to pay shipping. Let me know if you want pictures.

Looks like a great project, what engine are you using, I suggest Yamaha SRV 540 or Skiddoo 503 Either that or a nice little Sachs single.

I'd love to have a big engine for it, but the 71 Stinger had a 340 CCW that runs good. I'll use that.
