Right in the middle of going through a 75 Whip 350, and a 97 Arctic Cat Jag Dlx. Pulling every part, replacing as necessary. Discovering the Whip parts are still reasonably priced, but the Jag parts are quite expensive comparatively. Anyone else rebuilding sleds right now?

im doing a 75 whip also, not a restoration just a rider prices have gone up on everything especialy when you use timken or skf bearings on everything. motor parts soak up most of the budget and the hours welding up cracks in the bulk head and tunnel

mine wasn't too bad for cracks in the aluminum, but do have some belly pan holes to repair. what are you using for that?

For cracks in the pan I use adhesive that is designed car body panels and then sand it flat. Hole are tuff to make it look right I would find a donor pan, either use that pan or cut sections out.
