Hows it going dudes? After many years of drag racing on a pro series, my father and I stopped. Recently I have picked up an interest in vintage sleds. I obtained a 73 Scorp Sup. Sting 440 that was laying dormant in my uncles barn for 25 years, and with a little elbow grease I got her running like a top.
Last week I set my "SS" up for ovals, and lets just say Sunday was a light night in the garage "FIXING" the spoils of racing.
My track slid off the rear Idlers, the plastic lock bushing that connects the inner/outer shivs broke, and blaah blaahh.
Question: Do I pan the internet for clutch parts, or do I upgrade my clutch? If so, will a Power Thrust II fit on a 73? Or a Com. Duster?
