I was told a track off of a JD 300,Rollo Flex Etc. would fit on my stingeroo.Im thinkin they would be to long, The guy who had mine before cobbled some other track under it and I would like to put it back closer to original.

I am pretty sure I've heard of using a Lil' Whip track on a stingeroo. I'm sure some of the guys on here can give some more details.

My son Pararailer has done it a couple of times (Lil Whip track in a Stingeroo) but I have a feeling he never was really very happy with the results.
I would suggest using a Paraslide II with a 15" all rubber track off of a Sting/TK. They are a little shorter than a standard Poly track (116 versus 118 inches long). I could see a paraslide II with the large rear idler wheels (from a Pararail) working pretty good on a short stingeroo!
The track would extend out behind the chassis slightly like a modern mountain sled.
Just a thought.

Guys do put Lil Whip tracks in the, but you have to re-locate the rear suspension mounts and they look a lot short. Some shorten the tunnel after this. Pararailer did that.
You can use a track out of a Super Stinger in these. 2.52 Involute drive pitch and 118" in length.
The Lil Whip track is 103", the Whips / TK's / Range Whips 118 and the 79-81 Stings 115
Most Whips / TK's are 16 inch wide tracks, but the Range Whips are 15".
If you want a "Mountain" look, fit a 121" track out of a newer sled. Then your track options are much greater.

you also have to redrill the holes in the drive shaft and move the track drivers to fit the lilwhip track. There seems to be a few of those nos tracks around. There are some pics of my stingeroo on this site.
