I sold my old scorpion helmets several years ago, before I had the thought of getting into vintage sleds.
I sold them to a woman in Minnesota. It was a pair of helmets that my sister and I always wore when we were kids, riding our 69 and 71 scorpions.
One was red metal flaked and black (my sisters). The other was purple metal flaked and black (mine). If I recall, the black started out narrow at the forehead and then tapered out wider as it moved toward the back bottom area of the helmet. Both had silver scorpion stickers approximately 2.0" round on each side of the helmet near the strap area.
If you own these helmets, I'd love to buy them back or at least have the opportunity to buy them back when you are done using them.
Thank you....

My old scorp helmet saved my ass one time while riding my Honda ATC90 3wheeler. back in about 1981. My kid sometimes wears that helmet now!
Isnt it funny how those old helmets are so SMALL. They must have had smaller heads back then!

Pararailer, So are the old suits! It is doubtful that I would ever find a vintage suit or helmet that would fit me. I wear a XXXL helmet.
