I was wondering if anyone has a 1979 Scorpion TKX Whip available? My husband used to have one. Thanks!

Erika, While they are not a rare sled, they are pretty popular with the grass dragging crowd and somewhat popular as a sled. So they do fetch a bit of a premium over some of the other Scorpion sleds of that vintage. It might help to list your general vicinity. You don't want to spend as much on shipping as you do purchasing the sled! Get in with the local vintage sled heads, the sled will fall in your lap At least they do for me! Also watch Craigs List. Good luck!

I have one. 1700 miles and is in above average condition. 4 or 5 spider cracks in the hood. Track, seat, windshield, and belly pan are perfect. Will post pics in the morning. Asking $450
