Real similar to what the factory used for there race sleds. the hole in the side is for a megaphone. We have 1 we still race. We changed the hood years ago to look better at some shows but our megaphones still come out the side. Our sled differs from the factory because ours was set-up out of the wi distributorship in marshfield wi. The engine guru on our hirth mod later went on to racing fame with building fast rotax's and hot saws. Russ Lemke. (R.L.E enterprises} Our hirth rips! Dont know if the factory had as good of engineering on theirs.

I think 70 stingers also had 370 sachs singles in them.

Here's what they look like. We do have a hood with the center cut out also.
