Selling Dad's 1980 TK. This sled was completely gone through. Every nut, bolt and bearing. It is a 1980 with a 1979 hood on it. Was the nicest hood we had. A lot of NOS parts and the best of everything we had went into it. Has the rear grab handles installed so no worries about tearing the back bumper out on this one. Engine was re-sealed and all new top quality bearings throughout.
The seat is very nice but comes with the original one we had with it. That seat is just fine for a rider and had the plywood replaced, but this one was nicer so we used it.
This sled needs nothing to ride and you won't find many nicer riders. Took second place in the restored class the year TK's were featured, but isn't a show sled. Just the best rider I could build for Dad. Has the full Cold Air kit installed. Exhaust has been fixed in a way it will not crack where they like to.
Comes with
- An extra seat. Not perfect, but good for a rider.
- A NOS track. Track that is on it is fine. But you have a spare
- An extra NOS Tall Windshield. Never know when you will need it.
- The original hood that came with it. Someone brush painted it, but it is structurally good.
$1200 takes all of it. This is an excellent sled for whoever gets it.
