click the pics to enlarge I wound up simply welding a bracket to the motor mount plate. The brace came off a Skidoo Safari. I drilled and tapped the driven pulley shaft, and bolted right on there. The thing is adjustable. This is pretty crudely done, Kube will do it proper!

Nothing crude here...looks real good.
I have one of those on my Ski doo and it works well.

So thats how you tighten the belt. If i ever figure out how to get the rusted clutch guard off i might tighten the belt too!

So that is your secret, you run a real loose fitting, well broke in 1" belt, and a rusty clutch guard.
I will try this at Willow, but damit OBJ, don't be leading me a stray, I have enough problems trying to make my shit run like yours
