Does anyone know if there is a single ring piston that works in the cuyuna 440's? Or can I run a single ring on a double ring piston? This is for a racing application. Also does anyone have the P/N for wiseco pistons and rings for the cuyuna 440's. I have a good set of pistons but no rings Thanks

I don't know of any single ring pistons for these, but I do know some have run 1 ring on a regular piston. Not sure how successful it was.
Wiseco piston number is 2070PS for standard bore. P1 for 10 over, P2 for 20 over.
The wiseco rings are probably half as thick as a stock piston and the piston is lighter. The ring number for the stock piston is 2658CD.
Hope this helps

we can only afford 1 ring per piston were so poor. besides they go up and down so fast they dont have time to leak.

I wish I would have asked this before I put my engine together. I could have sent you my 2 extra rings obj1... You know, since you can't afford extras

I'm headed to the A-1 swap next weekend, what are the standard p/n for cuyuna 440's. Like what are the parts unlimited number etc... I want to pick up 2 matching pistons for a new project
