After seeing Kevins build I have been thinking about using a 428 liquid cuyuna to build a liquid 1979 tkx 440 . what do you guys think will the wetjet engine be a slug or will it work ?

Thought about it, but after looking at a cylinder, the ports are pretty small. Not sure how it would work power wise. It would be pretty cool though. I also didn't look into it enough to know what you would need for a water pump setup.
On the plus, I am pretty sure they use the same exact crankcase assembly as the fan cooled motors. So you should be able to find a way to get a tapered crank for a clutch.
I can get parts for them if you chose to try it. I think someone should give it a try. I have too dang many other motor projects in the works right now

anything i have read on them indicates any engine they made would be fine if you can make it fix, and get a clutch on it. the horse power of the engines seemed to be from 35 to 45 horses.
we have a post scorpion fan cuyuna, it is not ready to go into anything yet, a water cooled one would be very cool and likely would start rumors of scorpion making a 440 prototype water cooled engines for what in their mind would be a prototype. much like our Arctic Scorpions (the '90 ext/sidewinder and the 88 cougar/sierra w/cuyuna) of course we let everyone know what they are, but i am sure some people are going to make mistakes in hindsight with their memorties
post pictures when you do put it in, i am hoping you do, 35 to 45 hp is not that bad
they also made 800cc triples with close to 100hp, and some multi fuel engines as well
do searches on 2SI(two stroke international) and AMW Cuyuna Engine Company, not sure how many engines they made, or if they are still making them
