Canadian manufacturer roloflex used a design similar to the pararail. Interesting....

It gave a nice ride at lower speeds but at speeds over 45 mph the track would bubble causing the sled to drift at the rear, Latter super flexions had some changes to make it more stable at higher speeds. I even tried one on a 1977 Sting and it was nice up to 45 mph after that it was white knuckle driving trying to keep it in a straight line.

Yup,I rebuilt that suspension in that 74 ROF 440 Apache,a few years ago, that was my sled. It is a suspension that REALLY works, but parts are mostly available from Canada.Anyway, thats where I had to get parts. Its REALLY a simple suspension. The sled eventually went back to Canada,in 2012.

They were made here in Regina Saskatchewan, I even talked to the engineer who designed it at the Roll-o-flex reunion and I learned a lot . It was designed for our poor snow conditions here in Saskatchewan ,hard wind packed snow and marginal snow that we usually get here.
It was those snow conditions that made our Scorpion's the envy of reliablity back in the day.
