I seen this sled for sale last year before I knew anything about scorps. was cruzin the net and found the pic. I think it was for sale in Wisconsin. I know all free air scorps are rare, but ive never seen another one like this. is it a real production sled or did someone build that hood? looks to be 68-69. mark III. if I only knew then what I think I know now. anyone know anything about it?

There is a thread on that sled here. Very cool sled, but I don't remember it being a free air, and I am quite sure it was a modified hood. Cool and unique though. I wouldn't mind having it.

the stripes dont look original. I think someone made that hood. The bars look different to me too. Strange. Wonder what it has in it?

Interesting note on the original thread.
The poster changed the initial post.
Originally he was asking for info, after the post was done, he changed it as for sale. Most of us probably never saw that.
Too bad he never contacted me. I would have been interested and had stated this in the thread.
