Hey guys. I'm tired of my walbro carb on my 75 400 whip. Got a couple mikunis laying around. A VM 34mm and I got a 40mm also. What carb would work best and does anyone know what jets to use. I'm looking for advice from anyone who has done this with this motor. Thanks

just wondering about what clutch i should use on this 634 monster. I believe it was the scorpion torque sensing clutch that was used on this sled. I don't have one. I have a couple of 94c at my disposal for this. If i was going to go with the 94c what spring and pucks would work best for his engine. I was thinking of using this orange spring i got. I'm outta pucks. I got a white spring and blue spring too. any suggestions?

pararailer have you ever gone into welle auto in Blaine there and talked to them. Those guys have alot to offer in there. i would go in and tell them what your trying to do and see if they can help you out. They sold me some sorta clear made by ppg a few years ago that was easy to work with. or just get the stuff form ddub that's a good price for clear with the hardener and use a old hood to practice on

oh the seat in the pic is not the one I'm using put a new cover on it. As for trying to flake the old hood. It is a art for someone who is skilled with it, and what a mess lol. i wanted to try doing it. just used a cheep napa spray siphon gun drilled the tip to 2.5mm added some bolts to agitate the flake in the canister in the gun. i was told by a couple of guy who know a few things about it, that I should have used a flake gun? I guess you spray a layer of clear then use the flack gun to spray the flake dry, then two or three coats of clear over that. well maybe next time. Like I said its a art for sure.

Thanks kube1. yea I will need luck with the chrome. I have heard of things like chrome wrap or I have seen things about this Killer chrome stuff. Comes in a kit, but $129 for it? All i know is i would be very P@$# off if I paid that much and it didn't work. maybe ddub knows something about it if he reads this post maybe he has some info on that stuff. just finished the seat tonight. Sorta happy with how it come out.

I figured Its time I post the stinger project I have been picking away at since spring. Still got aways to go, but so far so good. Still got to figure out what to do about the chrome parts. Kinda hard to find anyone in Mn that will do them reasonable if they will do them at all. When I first started Pic as of today. Just finished machining the engine plate for the 634 kinda what it will look like. Still got lots of little things to do, but getting close. How many of these are out there. Seen alot of stingers with Sachs engines, and some with the smaller hirths 493, 399 etc but I have only seen one with a 634 other than this. Will post more pics in a few weeks when I get a few more things done Attachments:
